In Pacifica, there is this nice little, out of the way park, just off of HWY 1, that leads between the water recycling plant and the Rockaway complex. In this park, a nice older Irish gentleman named Herb has created these little pockets of beauty. This one is a memorial to the victims of 9/11.
Oh my. This is beautiful. I am so glad the city allowed it.
