Our neighborhood had a party last night (well timed, the one evening without rain for a stretch).

They had face painting.

A good time was had by all!

We took Austin up to Kansas City and he met and got to play with Kaylee, his cousin.





Austin and Kaylee each got a Jack Russell Terrier at the Build-A-Bear.

We went to see my grandson playing soccer this morning.

Making Valentine's Day Cookies

We had the grandson over today, and we made Valentine's Day cookies.

Our first chance to spend some time with Austin since the big Christmas blizzard. We put on the Peanuts Christmas Special (which we had Tivo'ed), and Clem just jumped in to the chair and started watching with him.

Our new "$49" pool (not including the $25 in chemicals, the $10 tarp that goes under it, etc, etc). Austin (my grandson) and I were swimming around in it and Clemmy started to try to climb in.

Eventually, we picked her up and put her in the water, and she had the time of her life!
